Questions
Frequently asked
What should I bring to my first meeting?
Your last tax return or notice of assessment, income statements, receipts for deductions and any investment or rental records. We’ll send a checklist when you book.
Can you help if I’m behind on lodgements?
Yes. Catching up on overdue returns and BAS is common, and we can talk to the tax office on your behalf to arrange a sensible plan.
Do I have to come into the office?
No. Most clients upload documents securely and meet by video or phone. You’re always welcome at our Ashcombe office too.
Are your fees really fixed?
Yes. We quote in writing before we start. If your situation turns out to be more involved, we’ll tell you and agree a new fee first.
